Porous Play
Site: The Brunel Museum, London UK
Through the initial inspiration from the urchin's physicality, the presence of the structure narrates the story of the shipworms and their role of inspiring Brunel's construction of the underground. By bending upon entering, sitting and walking as a response to the undulations veiling the structure, the body engages in a playful and sensory experience that emulates the form of a worm.
